What currency is used on the Mimshack Shop website? 

All orders at Mimshack Shop are processed in USD.

I changed my mind about my order. 

Please note: We do not offer refunds or order cancellations due to "change of mind". If uncertain about an item, consider adding it to your cart and completing the purchase later. Kindly be aware that the item may sell out before payment.

Can I edit my order? 

Regrettably, we're currently unable to modify orders once they've been placed. Thank you for your understanding

My item is sold out, when will it be back in stock? 

If your item is sold out, we don't offer back orders because our suppliers may not be able to provide the exact item again. However, don't be disheartened! We maintain a current list of items, and if one is out of stock, it means more great ones are on the way.

I can’t find a specific item, which I’m sure was there last week. Why is that? 

If you're having trouble finding a specific item, it's likely because we aim to keep our stock list fresh and up to date. When items sell out, we promptly remove them from the listing to avoid any disappointment. To ensure you can easily locate your favorite items in the future, we suggest setting up a wish list. This way, you can revisit it whenever the shopping bug bites, saving you from the frustration of searching through endless options. Happy shopping!

So how does our shipping work? 

At Mimshack Shop, we partner with manufacturers and artisans worldwide to source amazing products at the best prices just for you. This means your orders may ship from various locations, spanning Korea, China, Australia, and the US. While we closely track orders for your peace of mind, please note that due to the distance, deliveries typically take 10-15 business days. Don't fret if it's not at your doorstep tomorrow; sometimes, they arrive sooner. Rest assured; we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Are all packages traceable? 

Regrettably, not always. While we strive to provide traceable postage options whenever feasible, certain distribution centers may not permit it.

Payments and Returns

Can I pay with more than one credit card at the checkout?

Unfortunately, we are only able to process one payment method per order.

Why was my credit card declined?

There are various reasons why a card might be declined, such as incorrect billing details. We recommend contacting your bank or card issuer for further assistance, as they can often provide more information.

Can I do part payments?

Regrettably, Mimshack Shop does not support partial payments or bank deposit-only transactions. When making online purchases, it's important to be savvy and trust your instincts. That's why we've opted to use Shop Pay, a reliable and well-established payment platform.

I was charged for my order but didn’t receive confirmation. What should I do?

Not to worry! You can send an email to info@mimshackshop.comand we willinvestigate it for you!

Returns

And we don’t offer returns on change of mind purchased. Please email info@mimshackshop.com if there is a product fault or damage you wish to discuss. Please note we cannot offer free returns for international and local orders.
